I have lost around 3 kgs and a couple of inches with this program. I did not find the diet difficult as the program is cleverly designed to keep you full with the right kind of food. I had no unreasonable cravings(mostly) for unhealthy food this entire time. The exercise program was reasonably challenging and I was able to keep up with the difficulty level as the weeks progressed. I still have a long way to go but will keep these learnings in mind to reach my target weight. Thank you HLTH team ❤️❤️

I have improved much on my control over food intake, very much aware of what to eat and the quantity that actually suits my body. I have improved myself on stamina, reducing a lot of unwanted food I used to eat has actually brought a lot of changes in my body. Thank you for all the workouts that made easy!
